2.Allow 7–15 working days for standard sampling; review complex designs separately.
3.Approve revisions, packaging, labels and applicable testing, allowing time for buyer review.
4.Standard production takes 30–45 days after sample approval, subject to the confirmed schedule.
5.Review products and packaging against agreed criteria and check shipping documents.
6.Allow freight, customs and warehouse receiving time for your destination and transport method.
Buyer Questions
- Which plush work best for promotional gifts?
- Small plush (10-20 cm keychains, small characters) are most popular — low unit cost and gift-ready. Gift-set projects often pair a 25 cm mid-size plush with a box and card. Seasonal programs use limited-edition shapes (Christmas bears, zodiac editions, Valentine's heart bears, etc.).
- Do you have low-budget promotional options?
- Cost can be managed through the pattern, size, fabric, embroidery complexity and packaging. Small plush still needs to meet its per-design MOQ. Pricing requires the final specification and order quantity; confirm packaging, testing and freight separately.
- Can packaging be customized too?
- Absolutely — and we recommend it. Packaging is what makes it feel like a gift. Common tiers: poly bag + branded hang tag (budget), color box + card (mid), foil-stamped gift box + ribbon + greeting card (premium). Our in-house packaging team designs to your VI guidelines.
- How far in advance should I place an order?
- Share your required arrival date and receiving country so the schedule can be planned backwards. Standard sampling takes 7–15 working days and production takes 30–45 days after sample approval. Revisions, packaging approval, testing, freight and customs need additional time. Peak-season scheduling and rush feasibility are project-specific; production time is not an arrival-date guarantee.
- Can you do limited-edition holiday designs?
- Yes. Regular projects include Christmas, New Year, Valentine's, Mid-Autumn, Halloween, and Qixi editions. We also support brand-specific holidays (product launches, anniversaries). Running multiple editions of one character (e.g. CNY + Christmas) shares patterns to cut costs.
- What is the MOQ? Flexibility for gift projects?
- Gift projects follow our standard size-tiered MOQs: 3,600 pcs for plush under 20 cm, 2,400 pcs for 20–35 cm, 1,200 pcs for 35–50 cm, and 800 pcs for plush over 50 cm — per design, published upfront.
