- Allow 30–45 days after sample approval for standard production. Quantity, construction, material availability and testing scope affect scheduling. Packaging approvals, revisions and freight need separate allowances. Confirm any rush feasibility and costs for the specific project.
- How is quality consistency managed on reorders?
- Use the approved sample and written specifications to check patterns, fabric, color, filling, accessories, labels and packaging. Review changes in material batches or supply before reordering and record key quality criteria and acceptable variation in the purchase specification.
- What export compliance standards do you support?
- Requirements are matched to the product, target age and destination market, including EN 71/CE (EU), ASTM F963/CPSIA (US), GB 6675 (China) and CCPSA (Canada) where applicable.
