Our Story
LovelyJoy was founded in Yiwu, China — the world's capital of small commodities. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to plush toy design and manufacturing. With over 20 years of industry expertise, we have grown into a comprehensive plush toy enterprise integrating R&D design, production, and brand operations. Our mission is to 'Feel the Lovely, Spread the Joy' — delivering love and warmth through every product, making the world a softer, better place.
Our Journey
From a Yiwu factory to a global plush toy supplier
Founded in Yiwu
LovelyJoy (Yiwu Lebadi Toy Factory) was established in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China — the world's capital of small commodities — focused from day one on plush toy design and manufacturing.
Building craft and quality control
The factory built out a complete production flow — cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, and shaping and packing — and developed the 5-stage quality control process that still runs from raw material to shipment today.
Going global
Over two decades, exports expanded to more than 70 countries and regions, backed by international certifications such as BSCI and ISO 9001, with long-term programs for brands including CVS, Burlington, Kellytoy, Build-A-Bear, Miniso International, and The Green Party.

Today the factory covers 20,000 square meters with 300+ skilled workers and 50+ professional designers, produces over 800,000 plush toys per month, and integrates R&D design, manufacturing, and brand operations under one roof.

What We Do
One-stop OEM, ODM, and private label plush manufacturing
OEM Manufacturing
Manufacturing to your exact designs and specifications. From pattern engineering and material sourcing to mass production and export logistics, the factory executes to your standard — samples in 7–15 working days, production in 30–45 days after sample approval.
ODM Original Design
Our in-house team of 50+ designers turns a sketch, reference image, or even a verbal brief into a production-ready design with 3D renderings, then samples and iterates until you are satisfied.
Private Label & Branded Packaging
Hang tags, woven labels, color boxes, and shopping bags are designed and produced in-house, with precise Pantone color matching — so your plush line arrives retail-ready under your own brand.

Certifications set the baseline; daily execution is what keeps quality consistent. Every order runs through our 5-stage quality control process — incoming material inspection (IQC), first article inspection (FAI), in-process checks (IPQC), 100% final product inspection (FQC), and outgoing pre-shipment inspection (OQC). We also believe in long-term partnerships over one-off transactions: transparent pricing with clear cost breakdowns, size-tiered MOQs published upfront (3,600 pcs for plush under 20 cm, 2,400 pcs for 20–35 cm, 1,200 pcs for 35–50 cm, and 800 pcs for plush over 50 cm), and sample costs deducted from your first production order.
